Build a team of four bowlers (including yourself) and submit a registration form.

RAISE SUPPORT
There are 2 ways to raise funds for our mentorship programs.
- Individuals can use our Pledge Form to log supporters. Each bowler aims for a minimum of $75 in pledges.
- Teams can Create Fundraising Page and accept donations online.

HAVE FUN!
Arrive at Fort Hill Bowling Center at your designated time and check in with pledge forms and payments for lane assignment.
