Three Ways to Register:
1) ONLINE | Click here and print receipt. Present your receipt at registration between 10:00 am and 11:30 am to receive your player packet. Players Packets will be available for pickup at the Check In table and includes: meal, drink, raffle tickets, a list of designated “CARD STOPS”, map, and rules & regulations.
2) BY PHONE | Call (434) 528-0400 and ask to speak with Jessica Merrow or Ash Gorman. ALL registration packets MUST be picked up the Day of the Event. Players who have NOT “checked in” at the designated location WILL NOT be allowed to play and compete for Poker Prizes.
3) DAY OF | Registration begins at 10:00 am until 11:30 am at Mango’s Bar & Grill. There is a Mandatory meeting for all Boat Captains/PLAYERS 11:30 am - 11:50 am. ALL BOATS leave dock promptly at 12:00 pm.
Registration Fees
$100 per Player
(2 Player minimum per boat/$200)
$50 Additional Player/Rider
PLEASE NOTE: The 2024 Poker Run event will be limited to 50 participating boats. You are only guaranteed a position in this year’s event if we receive your registration form and payment. Applications will be accepted in the order they are received. You may add additional players until Thursday, August 20. All other players can be added on the day of the event.

Additional PLAYERS that have NOT registered on a “BOAT” as a Captain or 1st Mate may ride on a registered Captain’s boat but MUST PAY the designated PLAYERS FEE to draw cards for a poker hand and be eligible for prizes.

The undersigned boat owners, boat operators, and/or boat occupants do hereby agree that the boat owners and/or operators shall be responsible for the safe and proper operation of his or her boat and shall be responsible and liable for any injury or damage caused by him or her, the occupants, or his or her boat; and do hereby release the sponsor, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Virginia from any and all claims for personal injury or for damage to personal property; and do hereby assume any and all risks in participating in the event; and do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsors from any and all costs; losses or damages, including reasonable attorney fees, arising by reason of the undersigned participating in the event. All operators agree not to drink alcohol during the Poker Run. Entrance fee is $100.00 per player (with a minimum of 2 players per boat) and $50.00 per guest. This includes admission to all scheduled events and t-shirts for all players and guests.
Every player must sign a Liability Release Waiver at Registration on the day of the event. If we do not have an individual’s signature, they will not be allowed to participate in this year’s BIG Little Poker Run. Thank you for your understanding during these very trying times. . .
